Davis Cup Final, Argentina v Spain - Argentina

Argentina will host Spain in the 2008 Davis Cup final. The home side  will be bidding for its first Davis Cup title, having lost its two previous finals away from home in 1981 and 2006. Spain returns to the Final for the first time since capturing its second Davis Cup title in Seville in 2004. Spain has won both the pair’s previous meetings, most recently in 2003, when Carlos Moya defeated Gaston Gaudio in a deciding fifth rubber in the World Group semifinals in Malaga.
